Innovatica engagements are governed by a per-country legal pack: the General Terms of Service and, where personal data is processed on a client's behalf, the Data Processing Agreement — both under the law of the client's country. Each pack is published in English and in the country's language; English is the default reference and the local-language version prevails. The version that applies to your engagement is the one referenced in your signed Offer.

Documents marked as drafts are published for transparency and become binding only when a specific version is referenced in a signed Offer. Packs for further countries are added here as we enter them. Questions about any of these documents: info@innovatica.ai.
